A small bronze Virgin Mary at prayer, hands clasped and face lifted, her robes and hooded veil modelled in long soft folds. She is well over a century old and has an honest patina, darkened slowly by time and handling. She now stands on a new white marble plinth, which catches the light and gives a 10 cm figure more presence than her size suggests.
