A fine French violin bow by Charles Nicolas Bazin (1847–1915), one of the foremost Mirecourt bow makers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This example, branded “Tourte”, represents the traditional homage model produced in the Bazin workshop. A refined and elegant bow typical of the French school’s golden era.
