Shipping policy

Wherever possible, your purchases will be shipped typically within 3-5 working days of the order contract being made and you will be advised of shipment and tracking details by return email. However, all orders will be shipped 'without undue delay' and within a maximum 14 day turnaround but should this not be achievable we would immediately contact you by return email to discuss options.

We offer worldwide shipping to most main international destinations with DHL or UPS. Generally, we offer free shipping for orders above $500. Below, we charge a flat fee of $20 for delivery within the EU, and $35 outside (internationally), to help us offset some of our shipping costs. This holds generally true unless indicated otherwise (e.g. during occasional promotional periods we may offer shipping rates that differ from this).

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or fees which may be applied by their Countries Customs department. Please make sure you are aware of your country's specific policies before purchasing. These will usually be communicated to you by the shipping carrier ahead of delivery. Please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection delays and that you as the purchaser may be liable to your countries levied customs and excise duty charge on the goods that we supply.
