Art Nouveau Style Bohemian Glass-Rod Chandelier, Four-Arm Gilt Brass with Cascading Crystal Swags
Art Nouveau Style Bohemian Glass-Rod Chandelier, Four-Arm Gilt Brass with Cascading Crystal Swags
Couldn't load pickup availability
Hundreds of slender cream crystal rods fall in swagged tiers from a gilt brass crown, with four swan-neck arms and small faceted drops scattered through the glass. The design follows the French and Bohemian glass-rod stick lamps Maison Bagues made famous. Ours is a later vintage example, already electrified and ready to hang, and we offer it plainly as a style-of piece and not a signed period original. The brass has mellowed nicely with age.
