French and early twentieth century, and it is Art Nouveau through and through: a bronze-finished base sculpted with sinuous floral forms under a ruffled, frosted glass tulip shade with light embossed detailing. The base has a rich patina from decades of handling, and the lamp has been rewired and works as it should.
