Pair of Handblown Art Glass Jugs – Murano Style "WAVES"
A vibrant and sculptural pair of handblown art glass jugs, crafted in the Murano style and dating to the mid-to-late 20th century. Each jug features a generous bulbous form with a flared rim and applied clear ribbed handle, characteristic of Venetian glassmaking tradition.
The larger piece is a striking swirl of ruby red with black marbling, finished with a white interior lip—rich in both contrast and elegance. Its counterpart presents an earthier palette, with olive green, amber, and black veining throughout a smoky translucent base. The dynamic colourwork and fluid silhouettes give these vessels a strong decorative presence.
